Terms And Conditions Of Reservation

The
above rates are quoted per cottage per night and are inclusive
of VAT but exclude breakfast and all extras & a tourism
levy of 1% of the accommodation charge.
- The
Management reserves the right to alter or amend rates and
rate periods at any time.
- Children
are welcome.
- Reservations
may be made through central reservations

- Silvermist
Mountain Lodge will fax or email a copy of the reservation confirmation
to yourselves to be checked and signed.

All reservations will only be secured by ourselves upon receipt
of credit card details, a deposit slip or voucher from yourselves.
- All
payments due and payable shall be paid directly into Silvermist
Mountain Lodge’s banking account. Details on request.
- Group
bookings require full pre-payment - 10% within a month of making
the booking and the balance 30 days prior to arrival.
- Silvermist
Mountain Lodge reserve the right to release unconfirmed bookings
30 days prior to arrival.
- Silvermist
receives the following credit cards :- Master card, Visa, Diners
Card and American Express.

In the event of a group booking being cancelled less than 30 days
prior to arrival a cancellation fee will be levied.

Please be advised that our check in time is from 14h00 and our
check out time is 10h00. Should your clients wish to extend
their check out time they are to please liaise with reception
upon arrival.
- Kindly
note that no domestic animals are allowed.
- Silvermist
Mountain Lodge is located within the Table Mountain National Park
and all guests are required to adhore to all South African National
Parks Board Rules and Regulation
